Everyone in the class was very passionate about the wine and enjoying the atmosphere. I feel we all learnt a lot from drinking 6 different years from the same winery, something that we do not experience too often. Some of us knew each other from previous classes, and that made the class even more fun.
Thanks for another engaging evening tasting some great French reds. As always, Matthew is entertaining and shares his amazing knowledge of wine. Also good to share the evening with some of his loyal followers.
from a long term participant in Matthew's classes and events - never disappointed, always find superb new (and old) wines to sample, the format (small, tutor - led tastings of wine before and after food, led by a passionate expert) is perfect for learning about and deeply appreciating fine wine.
