As always, Metthew's classes (at every level) are a pleasure to attend. His selection of wines is always varied but on the mark at the same time. I have tried some truly beautiful wines that I would never have come across if it weren't for his expertise and experience on the subject. Jane Eyre's Gippsland pinot was quite the star of the evening and I'm grateful for having had the chance to try it. Well done, Matthew!! :^)
This was the second class I have attended run by Matthew, great format and opportunity to expand my wine knowledge whilst engaging with like minded people. Great opportunity to taste French Bordeaux wines with expert and knowledge information from Matthew, will be back. David
